We all have problems that we encounter in our everyday living. even the small and tiny things we do can cause a problem, like the lack of time due to the early Christmas vacation for the students. In the Third Quarter I have a lot of fun and memorable moments. Moments I'll cherish because of the happiness they gave me.

In order to become you need people around you. Happiness cannot only be gain by yourselves but you need the persons that are important to you. Living a a happy world, is living in a beautiful world.

For the next celebrations I will celebrate it with joy not only for myself, but also for the others. Giving my best all the things I will be doing in the future. Preparing for the happiness lurking them near me, while the sadness will be push away.. And enjoying life to the fullest because we only live once.

Essence of Christmas

We always celebrate this occasion once a year. But it is celebrated for 4 months which is about sharing, caring, and loving

Essence of Christmas is not what you received but what you gave to other without the thought of having a exchange. This is celebrated to give love to Jesus Christ who was born on December 25. Show love to each and other and never let negativity reign as love and peace should be higher and stronger in power. Giving gifts is one always done not only in Christmas but all year round. Singinf Christmas songs indicating the near of the Christmas season. As the children will sing different Christmas songs.  The ninangs and ninongs will give money or present. But always remember the birth of Jesus.

Let's sing and rejoice for we have achieved this date and event as a year will and while a new year starts. Give thanks to Christ who gave us many gifts. Give love not only to our family and God but all the people around this globe.

Gad-Vawc

We are all born different. Different traits and abilities. Learn to love and accept each others difference.

Our differences drew a divider. There are stonger and weaker, there are rich and poor, there are infant ang old. We are all human. We should respect each other like how we respect ourselves. Unity is what we need to have a better world. When we are born there are only male and female but as time goes by there are other identities which adds more categories between man and woman. Equality is a ingredient for the world to be peaceful full of positive thoughts and nice people.

We should not use our strength to bully the weaker than us, but use to help them. Always respect women as they are also human. Bring out equality in each and everyones mind, soul and heart.

Our Environment, Our future

As time goes by, our forest are being reduced. With the growing population, more trees are being cut. With the Lessing trees, our time is being decrease.

We all know that many disasters happened in our nature. But many of us think that it has nothing and no impact to us but no it gives as a big impact in our lives. We should learn how to make it grow and to not destroy. Learn to know your limit because it will ruin our nature and also our lives. Know the 3R's.

We should make a move like reforestation to plant sidings for the cut trees used to build our houses and establishments. Learn to keep bodies of water clean for it is the home of different species of fishes and aquatic plants. Keep a sign to warn the people. Make a law to unbothered people. But specially discipline ourselves.

Disciplines starts with ourselves. Help each other  in making a green and fresh world. For our Environment, our Future.

Children's Month

In our time many children are not treated right. Many children does not do what they should do. Many children are being abuse.

What children should do in their time is not being done because of different reasons. Which affects their childhood. Children's Month is implemented to give chance to the children to be happy. To give smile and happiness not sorrow and stress. To give the children what they need in their lives. Little smile, but with many smiles, it can light up the world just with a smile. Which will help them to achieve their dream no matter how high , with a little footstep, it can grow and help them in their journey.

Values Month

Values, things we should know. Things to guide us. Things for us to obey.

November 4 the day of Opening of the Values month at ISNHS with the help of the EsP teachers and officers. This month shows us the Values we should have and radiate. With these we can have a guide of what to do and not to do to keep our friendship and relationship in our family, relatives, friends, peers even our enemies. We should keep it, use and love it because we should not only use it in a part of our life but our whole lifetime. Make helpful, cheerful, good and happy things and memories, avoid bad things.

UN Celebration

A annual celebration for the different leaders of different countries. This is a way for them to unite. To build peace and unity.

On this year, this is being celebrated for the 74th time. Mr. Paul-Henri Spook is the first person to be elected as the president of the United Nations by the General Assembly. Carlos P. Romulo a Filipino to be Secretary of the United Nations. There are 6 main organs of UN namely: General Assembly, the Security Council, the Trusteeship Council, the Economic and Social Council, the International Court of Justice, and the Secretariat. There is also 6 official languages which are: English, Arabic, Spanish, Chinese, Russian, and French. Without these organs, languages, members and former members, UN will never be like what it is now.

This organization was made to help each other. To build strong connection and friendship. To find peace and harmony with love, not cruelty and sorrow. With the theme "Indigenous Languages Matter for Sustainable Development Peace Building and Reconciliation

Teaching is Learning

Teaching is a way to improve for the future. Different techniques to teach their students. learning new things, knowing new knowledge.

Teachers have been teaching us for many years. A simple "Thank You" is not enough to thank all their efforts and sacrifices not only for a person, but for all his/her students and even their families. In order to not only thank them but also to say "Sorry" from all the sins they /we committed, there is a day or month dedicated to them called Teacher's Days. This day they will assign student to lead the class for them to have a relaxing day.

On this day, the students can form a plan to surprise their advisers. They can give gifts to their and also decorate their room for the included day. Having a bonding time for their adviser since a teacher can only be their adviser for only one school year. This also serve as a memorable moments not only for the students but also for their beloved adviser.

Learning is a two way process. To learn from the teacher, for the teacher to learn. Chrerish each moment with your teacher because nothing last forever.

Intrams 2019

It is an activity for the athletes to compete with each other. Battle from different opponents and foes. To determine the winner.

This activity is being held annually. In the Ilocos Sur National High School, it is held for three days. In intrams there is the opening, games and championship. There is also booths from different clubs of the school. In the opening it is where the athletes and other personnel parade in the whole school. There are different games which are both held indoor and outdoor. Different grade levels battling for the championship.

The booths from different clubs are for the students to participate to have fun. A variety of games and activities for three days. The students are not the only that is benefited but also the club officers because the profit will be turn into fund for the upcoming projects of the clubs.

This is a chance for the students to have fun and enjoyment with their friends. to be free from stress. To be free from worries even though just within that three days.

Science Month

Celebration of this event is being held during September every year. Which is connected to Science. That talks about nature and organisms.

In every occasion there is always a main event,which is the G. at Bb. Kalikasan in Ilocos Sur National High School. This is open to the students from the different grade levels. There are also different activities held. Sometimes they also use this to help protect mother nature. We all know that the condition of the Earth is getting worse everyday. We should be the one who protects it not to destroy it.

Different activities is held for the students to participate. Not only to gain new friends and knowledge but to have confidence and enhancing your skills and talents in various activities. Like they said not all knowledge can be gained inside the four walls and corners of the classroom some are learned outside. Meeting new people, increasing friends while decreasing enemies.

Experiments that will help to learn new things. Science to guide us through it. Knowledge to clear foggy thoughts.

Solidarity

In order for humans to survive and develop. Always remember that war is not an option but unity. Unity between person, family, friends, cities, provinces, and nations. Unite and everyone will blossom.

Solidarity Festival is being held in Vigan City annually. This is to preserve the heritage city. According to Mayor Juan Carlo Medina this festival is meant to establish the ancestral or modern-houses of the residents called Biguenos and to once more relish the Ilocano culture and history of Vigan through songs, dances, stage plays, literature, street droma complete with floats. In this developing country, modern devices are being invented to help the modern problems. With the help of this we can promote the Vigan City with it's magnificent structures which is not being changed by the time passing by. Learning our history is not loving, it is a way to show that we cherish and appreciate the past of our beloved place. To show the beauty of the Vigan.

Preserve the heritage because there will always be a new generation. A new generation to unite not only for themselves but for all. "Keep united, keep rising for the years succeding".

Happy Schools Movement

A movement which is being held in every school in the Region 1. This activity seeks to promote every schools in the region. With the theme "Paaralang Masayang Maglingkod, Tagumpay ng Bata'y Itaguyod".

This program aims to mark the minds of pupils and students that school is not only a place of learning but also a place of enjoyment. This tells us that learning is not only the thing we do in our schools but also a place of fun with our classmates, friends, and even our teachers. Dr. Malcolm Garma, DepEd Region 1, Regional Director said that the welfare of the learners is primarily and always the concern of the HSM guided with four pillars. This movement implements to boost the K-12 curriculum.

This program wants us to learn to enjoy not only in our homes but also in our schools. Since fun and enjoyment is also a part of learning. And learning needs fun and excitement for you not to get bored. Always think that school is not a place of stress but a place of happiness and friendship. Always think positively towards yourself and others.

Cherish your time and moments in school, Cherish all moments of your friends, classmates and teachers. Because there will always be an end, since school is not forever for us.

Ours

Everyone in the world have different language, dialects, cultures and beliefs. Different people with different personalities, country, body composition and behavior. we are all different with everyone. "Different language, one direction"

In the Philippines there different parts which means there are also different beliefs and languages. It is proven that the Philippines has a 130 dialects. Scattered around the country, from low lands to highlands, from near and far from the oceans. Different dialects but is called Filipinos. In the selection of the "Pambansang Wika" they chose one from the eight mos used and understandable dialects around the country. In the end they chose the tagalog as the "Pambansang Wika" as the time pass by they change it into filipino which is still the same as the earlier dialect.

In this year, whole August "Buwan ng Wika is being celebrated as a sign that we filipinos are appreciating our own language and dialects.  The theme "Wikang Katutubo: Tungo sa Bansang Filipino" is showing us that we are still connected to each other even though we have variety of dialects. No one wants and lets their dialect or language to disappear so they still use their ancient or "katutubo" language in the modern world.

Words are form of communication for many of us. Using differents languages for commuunicating with others. With this celebration we can protect, preserve, and cherish this languaged of ours and not letting these disappear for the knowledge of the next generation.

We all have problems that we encounter in our everyday living. even the small and tiny things we do can cause a problem. In the First Quarter I have faced challenges but I overcome those. Problems like lack of times because of so much work. Losing self confidence since I make mistakes and unuseful works.

In order to overcome these challenges, I did not go lurk in the corner of a dark room and wait what will happen but i faced it and made changes that also alters the effects . Not letting my negative properties get the best of me, having faith to myself and to God that all will be okay.

Moving on, I will change myself not for the others but for myself and my future. not making the same mistakes. Giving my best all the things I will be doing in the future. Using my failures as a stepping stone for the future. And enjoying life to the fullest because we only live once.

Gommenasai

Every people is different from each other. We have different hobbies, likes and dislikes. i only have simple likes that fits a simple boy like me. a simple boy with a simple dream. A simple dream that can be achieved but need sacrificing and effort for it to make it true. A dream that can change my life in the future and can help myself grow.

Freedom

Freedom is what the country Philippines and it’s people achieved over 121 years from the invaders of other countries like Spain and Japan.

Filipinos bravely fought the invaders who uses guns and tasks while using just badang. Filipinos uses different ways on fighting the invaders. Jose Rizal who uses not physically but through his works while others uses body like Lapu-Lapu. They fought for years, day and night sleep and rest for planning a attack. Many have died and suffered. Many families lost their loved ones. With their blood, sweet and tears we have achieved out freedom. On 1898 we first achieved and celebrated our freedom from the invaders. Independence Day is what they called  it which is annually celebrated on June 12. To celebrate our independence we usually put Philippine flags on our houses, schools, cars or around us. There is usually no class and work for public establishment.

We can learn things from our history. We learned how they work hard, how hard they fought to achieved our freedom. We should cherished this for all the Filipinos who sacrificed. Let’s celebrate it to show how we appreciate their hard work. Maintain and protect or freedom by working together as one.

Letter to President

Dear President Duterte,

                  A good day to you sir. I admire you for working hard not only for you or your family but for the people of the Philippines. Thank you for keeping the Philippines safe. You’re a honorable person as a president for the Filipinos. You did good and bad sometimes, you help people but not at the same time. You should let agencies or companies operate that helps their fellow Filipinos with formal and legal documents that proves they can operate legally. Like KAPA, you should let them operate because they showed documents before. It helps a lot of people because of how much they get every month base on how much they give. That is my only disagreement. I will support you ‘ till you finish the “War on Drugs” because this illegal drugs is like a virus that spreads fast in our country. This drugs pollutes the mind of those people who uses this kind of drug. We should not let people use illegal drugs.
                 Poverty is the cause the people to use illegal drugs because of these reasons. They don’t have works, you should make more works for those individuals who don’t have works yet. They don’t have enough salary to give or buy their basic needs. Small salary is what causes individuals to become a OFW in other countries even though they find work here in the Philippine. You should raise their salaries for the, to be interested in staying and start working here in our country. Maybe you can also help those communities who are on the mountainous places that makes them hard to find work or make their life better. Build health centers and bridges for them to support incase of tragedy if the weather is not good. Make feeding and health programs for the children who suffers malnutrition. For the low-land areas. Upgrade the buildings and stablishments for the incomingdisasters. I hope you can get advices from my letter.

National SED

                            National SED is a way for the people to have a preparation for incoming earthquakes that destroys living. That destroys happiness and lives.

                            Earthquake is the effect of the movements of the plate tectonics. It helps not only the students but also the workers of different companies and departments. With this simultaneous practice it serve as a preparation not only in a specific place but it is held nationwide because it is a program from the government itself. This activity  is a must because this can save your life someday. We can’t predict when and where an earthquake will occur. It is a helpful guide since there is no specific subject that teach us about earthquake drill. Even the government agencies need trainings on what to do before, during and after an earthquake because there I called aftershock which is also unpredictable like an earthquake. With the preparations we can either prevent or not casualties because of the guides and practices.

                           Simultaneous Earthquake Drill is a good practice in the Philippines but are the others taking this seriously? Do they think it is a joke? What do you think about National SED?

National Nutrition Month

                      National Nutrition Month is celebrated annually. It is to show what to and not to eat. Malnutrition is one of the hard problem to solve because of lack of money.

                      Poverty is the cause of malnutrition not only in children but also in grown ups. Because of lack of many they are not eating the right food and only eating leftovers. In this month they advertise to eat nutritious food and not junk foods. By eating healthy foods like vegetables and fruits. It can benefit you by gaining more energy, prevent diseases and it gives you a healthy body. While unhealthy foods like chips and softdrink it gives a negative body effects.

                     In the month of June it is when Nutrition Month is held. Within this month they made activities to make the people productive like nutria jingle for schools, it makes the students to do teamwork and cooperation, it also makes the ability/skills/talents within a person to shine and share it to his fellow pilipinos. Painting contest about nutrition which is done by students to sell nutritious food to his/her fellow students. And other activities that is connected to nutrition. Can be participated by students and adult.

                      Every can be healthy if they eat and exercise right. Illness can be prevented just  have a healthy lifestyle. Eat nutritious foods not junk foods. This make will you strong. “Kumain ng wasto, oush na ‘tin to” Nutrition Month 2019.

Disaster Resilience

                Disaster is an event that anyone can’t stop. It can be natural or human induce. Disaster is inevitable though some can be prevented.

We all know that disasters are inevitable because of this, they made seminars about disasters. In the seminars they show about different kinds of disaster natural and human induce. They also teach what to do before, during and after in the different calamities. Different seminars are being held in the whole Philippines. With the help of this less injuries and casualties will happen. Because Filipinos are thickheaded people.

Even though they are thickheaded persons, they can still smile during a disaster. It is to cheer up himself and others telling them that “disasters will pass and we will be safe”. This attitude makes the Filipinos resilient. They know that no disaster can take them down and they will survive. After the disaster the buildings might be destroyed, turned inti pieces of junk, scrap or useless things but not the attitude of resilience that they can be happy that they are safe. They know they can rebuild the destroyed properties they just need teamwork and commitment. Then they can build their future together as one.

Earthquake, typhoon, fire and other calamities they can not be downed and sulk at the corner waiting for their death, because Filipinos are resilient.
